We are proud to support local football and local racing. Station Tyres & Service Centre invests back into the communities we serve because strong local clubs keep kids active, bring people together, and give families something to stand behind on match day.

Right now we sponsor two grassroots teams:

Thatcham Town FC

Station Tyres & Service Centre is a sponsor of Thatcham Town FC.

Why this matters:

  • Football at this level relies on local businesses, not big funding.

  • Every pound that stays in the club helps keep match fees lower for players and parents.

  • Thatcham Town FC gives young players a clear pathway, from youth football through to senior level.

We are based in Thatcham and serve drivers in Thatcham, Newbury and the surrounding areas. Supporting Thatcham Town FC is part of that. When you book tyres or servicing with us, you help keep money circulating locally instead of leaving the area.

Barton Rovers FC

We are also proud sponsors of Barton Rovers FC.

Grassroots football depends on reliable backing. Barton Rovers FC is built on volunteers, parents, coaching time and community effort, and that deserves support.

Supporting Wilf Butler and Chandler Motorsport

We are proud to sponsor Wilf Butler, driver of the #70 Citroën Saxo VTS in the Junior Saloon Car Championship (JSCC). Our long-standing partnership with Chandler Motorsport helps keep Wilf on track through every race season. His dedication, performance, and passion for motorsport reflect the same values we bring to our workshop including precision, reliability, and teamwork. We’re proud to support local talent and play a part in developing the next generation of British motorsport drivers.

Falken “Terry the Turkey” Winner Announced!

We’re excited to share that one of our customers has won the Falken “Terry the Turkey” competition, taking home a £1,000 Love2Shop voucher!
